We believe, as a business we have a social responsibility towards our clients, candidates and the communities we work within! So, we’ve funded and setup a not for profit social enterprise (“Social enterprises are businesses which trade for a social purpose that reinvest or donate over half their profits to further this social or environmental mission”)

Established in 2018, Markkazi is the UK’s first dedicated not-for-profit Public Sector Recruitment Consultancy.

Pride & Purpose

We’ve vowed to use our trading surplus (profit) to provide free and subsidised learning, development and life enhancing opportunities for our jobseekers, clients and communities. We support and partner with various local and international community groups who deliver support services, employability training and entrepreneurship programmes for young people, vulnerable women, refugees and other hard-to-reach groups from deprived communities.
