Senior HR Administrator (New Starters)

Job Description

 Undertake HR administration in line with legislation and Guinness policy and procedures.  Undertake end to end administrative processes, managing all relevant checks, escalating any risks to manager.  Maintain all necessary employee records, ensuring attention to detail and confidentiality at all times.  Utilise HR Systems for maximum efficiency and a positive customer experience.  Monitor and process HR Services invoices and manage issues direct with suppliers and Finance.  Ensure that HR physical and electronic workspaces are maintained and data is secure.  Ensure customer service is delivered in line with Guinness’s Customer Service Style. to view, the full job description see below https://careers.guinnesspartnership.com/jobs/vacancy/senior-hr-administrator-new-starters-2724/2754/description/

Personal Specification

 Experience of a broad range of administrative experience.  Experience of working within a customer service environment.  Experience of working to deadlines.  Excellent attention to detail.  Good oral and written communications.  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.  Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
