Monitoring Service Administrator

Various hours and contract terms are available including day shifts, evenings, weekends and Zero hour contracts

• To update and maintain Centra’s bespoke database and records as necessary.

• To compile and deliver performance information to all customers in accordance with contractual requirements and where automatic reporting is not available or appropriate.

• To ensure regular reviews of client data, a minimum of annually in accordance with contractual requirements, using electronic means where possible.

• To report on any known or suspected equipment malfunction and instigate a maintenance call in the event of any emergency repairs required whilst ensuring the safe custody of all Centra’s Telecare equipment.

• To liaise and co-operate with the Scheme Managers, Housing Support Officers and client organisations for the purpose of providing a comprehensive and effective response service.

• To ensure a full hand over of Administrator responsibility to the succeeding member of staff to ensure a smooth continuity of service.

• To ensure a high and consistent level of customer service is always provided and that customer confidentiality is always maintained. To respond to complaints as appropriate including a first time fix wherever possible.

• To take calls for emergency housing repairs and other emergencies outside of normal working hours for all Centra’s customers as demand dictates.

• To read, understand and comply with the Telecare Services Association Code of Practice.
